SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup ! After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Email vermicofarms@gmail.com to initiate the return process, and we will do our best to reply within 1-2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
